Through our workshops and journals, we've collaborated with students, bodybuilders, dancers, and athletes, to explore goal setting, wellness journaling, and regular mental and physical health check-ins. Goal Setting for Athletes + Stall

We had the opportunity to set up a stall, enter a giveaway for 1 lucky person and talk to the members of EMF about the importance of wellness journaling and goal setting. Especially in a gym where they are prioritising their health and lifestyle. We had many conversations and provided our 16-week wellness journal to this lovely community! They received a blueprint to enhance their performance in the gym and to look after not only their physical health but also mental health.

At APS we were lucky enough to talk to over 200 aspiring body builders about the importance of our wellness journal for their mental and physical health. Body building takes a huge toll physically but we sometimes forget about our mental health. It is vital that bodybuilders set clear goals and have a tool that allows them to track progress, check in with themselves every week during prep and to make sure their mental health is also prioritised. Bodybuilding is also something that requires ample amounts of self-discipline, so our habit tracker is a great tool to use every day to stay on track.

Dance Wellness Journal Workshop
Powerhouse Dance Factory
We were very grateful for the opportunity to work with powerhouses soloists in 8-11 yrs & 13-16 yrs age groups. Both groups were very engaged and interactive. We spoke about the importance of journaling, having a positive mindset, positive affirmation building, goal setting and how to actually achieve them. We capped both sessions off with some fun, interactive team building and time management games where both groups had to communicate, race against the clock and problem solve in teams. We then finished off with a calming, positive affirmation & confidence building meditation.

Dance Wellness Journal Workshop
Monsters of Dance
We conducted 2 x 90 minute sessions with Monsters of dance studio. We went through our dance wellness journals with 140 students and did a workshop that included goal setting, time management games, team building/bonding exercises, how to handle setbacks, the importance of a positive mindset in dance and positive affirmations. Everyone was super involved and we loved every second of teaching these young dancers about wellness journaling.

Academic Wellness Journal + Program
Oberon High School
We worked with Oberon High in conjunction with there "Wellbeing Wednesday" program by introducing our Academic Wellness Journal. Wellbeing Wednesday was a mixture of wellness journaling and gym programs at Oberon's YMCA. Students of OHS completed the program and said they were able to understand their emotions better. They also enjoyed tracking physical progression in the gym along with finding out the importance of mental health and how it can affect your performance as a student and home life.
