I absolutely love every aspect of the dance wellness journal but one of my favorite sections is definitely the goal setting pages! goals are a super important focus as a dancer and this journal helps so much.

I love my journal so much! I think the best part of the journal for me would be the dance schedule planner, which really helps me stay organised and plan my weeks, I also love the mindset check-ins which help me reflect on my feelings and emotions after a week of classes.
