This Dance Wellness Journal is designed to track and monitor your dancer's physical and mental health, helping them stay healthy and on track with their dancing. With easy-to-use charts and weekly interactive activities, this journal measures habits, affirmations, goals, activity and recovery, inspiration, mindset, and more to bring weekly awareness to their progress and well-being!

Each journal goes for a term at a time (10 weeks) and are to be filled out at least once a week.
